It’s had been a satisfying dinner. Mom had cooked my favourite soup , the fried egg soup. I feel like sharing the simple soup to everyone out there.

So, here’s the recipe.

First, fried some eggs the usual way and keep aside.

Now, the soup, which can be many type but my mom like to make from ikan-bilis. So heat up the wok and fry ikan-bilis with cellot for 1 or 2 minutes and added water. Remember to add some ginger (very important) and when the soup is ready, just put the fried-eggs inside and it’s done.
